2026 Chongqing Cross border E-commerce Trade Fair opens

On September 18th, 2026 Chongqing Cross border E-commerce Trade Fair opened at Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center (Nanping). The theme of this trade fair is "Industrial Cross border New Platform • Western Overseas New Channel". It is hosted by the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, organized by Fujian Huiyuan International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Convention and Exhibition Service Center, and co organized by the Chongqing Cross border E-commerce Association. Representatives from relevant provincial and municipal business systems, industrial parks, business associations, as well as manufacturing enterprises, foreign trade enterprises, cross-border e-commerce platforms, sellers, buyers, and professional service organizations gathered in Chongqing.

In the past decade, China's cross-border e-commerce has started with consumer goods such as clothing, home furnishings, and consumer electronics. Nowadays, with the accelerated integration of digital technology and physical industries, cross-border e-commerce is further deepening into industrial belts. Industrial products with high customer orders, specialization, and strong supply chain attributes such as automotive and motorcycle parts, hardware tools, general machinery, power equipment, and industrial components are also beginning to seek overseas growth through digital channels. This is not a replacement for traditional foreign trade, but a new channel for manufacturing enterprises to connect with the global market.

The real issues that need to be solved for cross-border industrial products are not only whether there are good products, but also where to sell them, through what channels, how to find buyers, as well as a series of problems such as logistics, overseas warehousing, payment, certification, intellectual property, tax compliance, etc.
